IP-адрес почтового сервера не прописан в DNS, как следствие - не доставляется почта тем, у кого почтовый сервер сконфигурирован не принимать почту с таких подозрительных адресов.

Здравствуйте! А я вообще не могу добавить отправление, заполняю всё как обычно, но с строке ОТПРАВЛЕНО /ОЖИДАЮ , автоматически постоянно переключается на ОЖИДАЮ. Может быть я что то делаю не так?

По-моему, это совершенно ненужная опция. Лично я вообще не обращаю на нее внимания при добавлении посылок (независимо от того, ко мне или от меня они идут).

Посылка может  не добавиться в случае превышения лимита на кол-во посылок в аккаунте либо если такой трек-номер уже имеется в системе. Других причин не припоминаю.

Количество посылок в аккаунте указано 15, но не понятно на какой срок указано допустимое количество? И почему  в принципе нет оповещения причин отказа? Почему  я должна сама искать что то или догадываться? По моему я  зарегистрировалась для получения услуг, а не головной боли. Спасибо.
